Well that was warm run from Nis. Once I had got myself out of town it was a straight run to the border and into Bosnia. Got onto the 23 but in a few towns road works stopped me getting anywhere - then I saw 3 riders from Bosnia and tagged behind them as best I could.
They disappeared into the distance once the twisties started. Then switched onto the 28: what an excellent biker road - twisties, scenery and so many tunnels (they could do with a few lights in some of them! So many tunnels through solid rock and yet UK has problems with one tunnel past Stonehenge - they have been talking about it for over 20 years.
Finally arrived at this out of the way pension. Recommended by Gareth. Cabin is comfy, cheap, hot water, WiFi and the beers is cold and the food looks good too. The music is loud and I can see why they haven’t won the Eurovision!!!!
Tomorrow is a longish ride to Bihac… then into Austria : I think..
I don’t think I’ll be taking my bike to the cabin!!
